Can you tell I like Christmas? At least there’s one clip here that’s not so Christmasy. Anyway, if you’re daring enough to watch the entirety of the first three videos—that’s a triple dog dare—I hope you enjoy the humor and even the inspiration that might be in the mix. After all, I aim to entertain and endeavor to inspire. Let me know how well I did at both.

A 70’s throwback with a twist to kick off the North Point 2016 Christmas Season. But don’t be fooled—while they might be champions at having fun before the service starts, they actually take church quite seriously.
North Point’s iBand, a group of techy musicians. About 7 minutes long, starts off slow but still impressive, and gets rather funny after the 5-minute mark.
Recorded at North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, Georgia. About 71 minutes, by far the longest video here, but well worth a watch any time of year. For lovers of ‘Les Misérables’ there’s a fun surprise, and don’t miss the thought-provoking message from Andy Stanley.
North Point worship music the way it used to be. And sort of still is.
Awwww, how adorable . . . it’s the lovely Lennon Sisters with their lesser-known siblings on The Lawrence Welk Show in the 1960s. Merry Christmas from my house to yours!

The music is spectacular and the sermons so helpful, and it’s all but impossible to walk away with the feeling that you’ve wasted an hour of your life.

Click the image below to see a typical message from Andy Stanley after a brief introduction to one talented musician.  How many of us wish we’d heard this stuff while still in high school?

Oh, and if you’re ever in the Alpharetta area, stop by in person if you can and grab a front row seat.  You just might get to shake Andy’s hand as I once did.😊

Feel free to email me with questions or comments, or just to let me know you’re watching.  May we have fun, stay inspired and never forget the hope that’s found in following Jesus.  Take care!
